The selected plan is automatically renewed after the contract period and can be canceled up to the renewal date or within the next 7 days, thus resulting in a refund. Beyond this period, the refund is not feasible.
The total or partial distribution of the content produced in the Little Story of the Day, its sharing, or any kind of commercial use is prohibited.
In the event of the contractor's inability to continue the service, the value of the partially contracted annual plan will be reimbursed, proportional to the contracted time.
The subscriber has up to 7 consecutive days to request a refund and withdrawal after subscribing to the plan. This request must be made via email to [email protected] or via WhatsApp support specified on the homepage of historinhadodia.com.br. Thus, the refund will be requested within 48 business hours with the financial platform used, after the request with the complete data of the contractor.
In the case of unwarranted termination after 7 consecutive days, a penalty is incurred based on the minimum value of the monthly plan for proportional calculation of the contracted time ($ 9.90 per month) + 20% of the value of the remaining months.
The support hours for the Little Story of the Day are on business days, from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm (GMT-3), as indicated by the button on the main page of the site, directing to the company's mail. After this period, your messages will be answered at the availability of the attendant on the next business day, and there may be support shifts at opportune moments, and in the unavailability of the same, contact via email [email protected]. The response time can be up to 48 business hours.
